Privacy Policy

This is an interim privacy notice for the Textycally website at textycally.com. Every statement in it was checked against the code that runs the site. Textycally is operated by Black Leaf Digital LLC. Questions go to support@textycally.com.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the Textycally marketing website and the signup and onboarding funnel hosted on it. Your account inside the Textycally dashboard, and the messages and calls you send and receive through the Textycally API, are governed by the agreement that covers your account. A fuller policy describing those systems will replace this notice.

What we collect

We collect what you type into a form on this site, plus the minimum needed to keep you signed in. Nothing else.

Information you give us

Waitlist. Your email address, and nothing else.
Contact support. Your email address, a subject line, and your message.
Signup. Your name, your work email address, and a password. The password is passed straight to our platform to create your account and is never stored by this website.
Onboarding step 1, your account. Your name and an optional display name.
Onboarding step 2, business verification. The information a carrier requires before it will let a business send text messages: company name, entity type, your EIN if you have one, a description of how you intend to use messaging, your first and last name, a contact email, date of birth, business address, tax country and tax ID, and an identity document type. This is submitted for human review and is used to verify your business and obtain your phone number.
Onboarding step 3, credits. Payment is taken by Stripe through an embedded payment component. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe and never reach this website or our servers.

Information collected automatically

Nothing beyond the cookies listed in our Cookie Policy and the ordinary request logs any web server keeps.
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap tool, and no replay tool anywhere on it.
This site writes nothing to your browser’s local storage or session storage.

How we use it

To create and operate your account.
To verify your business so a carrier will approve your phone number.
To take payment for message credits.
To answer a message you sent us.
To tell you when a waitlist place opens up.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We share only what a specific job requires, with the providers that do that job for us:

Our messaging and voice carrier, to provision your phone number and to carry the messages and calls you send.
Stripe, to take payment for credits.
Our own hosting and platform infrastructure.

We also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and business-verification records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, carrier, and regulatory reasons. Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your issue. Waitlist addresses are deleted on request.

Your choices

You can reject non-essential cookies from the banner on this site. See the Cookie Policy for what each cookie does.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@textycally.com. We will confirm who you are before acting on the request.
You can close your account at any time.

Children

This is a product for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Status of this document

This is an interim notice. It describes the site as it is actually built today, and it is published so that the consent banner and the signup form link to a real disclosure instead of a missing page. A counsel-reviewed privacy policy will replace it. The version string shown beneath the title is the sha256 of this document exactly as published.
